"Milt is a gentleman who stands by his word and offers a customer service philosophy that is above and beyond expectation. My home was a speculation home. I fell in love with it when I walked thru the front door. He was there when I walked in. I told him I wanted this home but there were just a few things that I would have wanted done differently. His first comment was, “We can work it out!” and that is exactly what he did!

The home was built with custom upgrades. Some examples of which are all granite countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen, which included granite as the backsplash in the kitchen. I requested a hard wood floor in the master bedroom and Milt took out the carpeting and installed the hard wood floor. He included beautiful light fixtures and chandeliers. Outside is a paver drive with matching floors in both the front and rear porches.

I could not have asked for a home builder who was more concerned with meeting my needs He is dedicated to providing exceptional service. He is consistently responsive to all communications and follows up personally until all concerns are resolved. His knowledge of home requirements in this area of the country is irreplaceable. He is a private builder who takes the outcome of his endeavors very personally!

"In summary, our experience with Milt was (is) one hundred percent positive. He has done everything he said he would, and some beyond that. He was easy to work with. He helped us with the many choices to be made, and took us to many of his suppliers to see our alternatives. He completed the house in six months. We were not in the area during the construction, but the sub contractors with whom we have spoken said he was on the job every day and supervised each phase of their work.
